An Indymedia report describes how 60 Iraqi Kurds were forcibly deported from the UK last Thursday 27th March.

The so-called “failed” asylum seekers were escorted by armed Home Office guards after being seized from UK detention centres at Campsfield and Colnbrook in the early morning.

The International Federation of Iraq Refugees (IFIR) issued a press release reporting that the plane arrived at Arbil airport in Iraqi Kurdistan at 3 am on Friday morning and the passengers were transported to a nearby village where they were abandoned, even though many were injured and all of them had lost their luggage and mobile phones.
